About these terms

These terms apply when you use incatech.se. The site is operated by INternational CArbide Technology – INCA AB, registered in Sweden under company registration number 556578-8287, Alviksvägen 25, 167 53 Bromma, Sweden (“INCA”, “we”). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Using the site

You may browse the site, use INCA Think, contact us and download our product sheets to learn about INCA and to evaluate our products. You must not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its database
• disrupt the site or put it under unreasonable load
• send enquiries or questions automatically or in bulk
• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others

Our content and trademarks

Text, images, films, product sheets and other material on the site belong to INCA or to those who have licensed it to us. INCA WFS®, INCA WFS net® and our other product names are trademarks of INCA. You are welcome to link to the site and to share our product sheets in unchanged form. Any other copying or republishing requires our written permission, except where the law allows it.

Product information

The site describes our products in general terms. Technical data comes from our product sheets, and specifications may change. Nothing on the site is an offer, and it does not replace an assessment of your site, a written quotation or the documentation that comes with a product. Information about how a fire may spread is decision support, not a forecast.

INCA Think

INCA Think is an AI assistant that answers questions from our published material. Its answers are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. They are not professional advice. Check important details against our product sheets or ask us directly. Please do not include personal information in your questions. The number of questions per visitor is limited.

The contact form

When you use the contact form, please give accurate details so that we can answer you, and do not send anything unlawful or harmful. The number of enquiries per visitor is limited.

Our films from TikTok

The home page shows our latest films from INCA’s own TikTok account, @inca_tech. To do this, the site connects only to INCA’s own account through TikTok’s official API. You are never asked to sign in to TikTok on this site, and the site does not access your TikTok account. The cover images are served from our own server. When you select a film, it opens on TikTok, where TikTok’s own terms and privacy policy apply. TikTok is a trademark of its owner; INCA is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

Links to other services

The site links to and embeds content from services run by others, such as TikTok and Spotify. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Availability

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is always available, free of errors or up to date. We may change, suspend or remove the site or any part of it at any time.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, INCA is not liable for indirect loss, or for loss caused by relying on information on the site, by INCA Think’s answers, or by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The version published here applies from that date.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the first instance. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the law of the country where you live.
